The Local Authority oppose our appeal, which is of little surprise except for the reasons. They oppose our appeal for changes to sections B and F as they now want to work with us on a working document to have changes agreed – it’s as if we haven’t tried already! They also oppose section I as they have already consulted with our school of choice and are waiting for their response, so this sounds like they do not oppose our request for a change of placement?!?
Not sure whether to laugh or cry…
